I am running Mac OS10.12.6, and just downloaded a brand new version of Acrobat Reader. It crashes whenever I try to open it. I even tried in Safe Boot mode. No luck.

This is the error message I get.
I have tried to downed and install Adobe Extensions Manager, but it will not install, something about a missing file.

Thank you for the details. Please use the Acrobat cleaner tool to remove the Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs Reboot the machine and install the Reader back from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
