I have installed Acrobat Reader DC 19.008.20071 on Windows Server 2012 with Terminal Server Session Host function.

When any simple user or user with administrative rights try to open Acrobat Reader DC program or document file, gets this error:

The instruction at 0x5cadff56 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read.

Could anyone help?

I have the same issue across multiple VM running Windows 2012R2 with TS.

I have read that uninstall and reinstall does not fix the issue.

I have tried running in compatibility mode Win 7

I can run as administrator, change settings to make default reader and security settings -  but cannot get this to work under normal user profile.

We use user profile disks, its almost  like adobe isnt writing settings to the correct user profile disk.

Any ideas?
