Greetings,

 

We have a client that is experiencing a crash in acrobat reader when closing the application using the 'X'.

I have the same issue with some customers. Tried resetting adobe (registry and appdata reset) but did not work.

Also tried reinstalling adobe but to no success

Try this.

Click the hamburger menu ( 3 lines ) at the upper left corner and choose Disable new Acrobat.
