Could you please  help us elaborating the exact issue that you are experiencing, as in screenshot its not clear when exactly do you get this screen?

Are you trying to edit or print any file or is it during the launch of the Reader DC?

It would be helpful if you translate the error message that you get on the screen.

As a work around would suggest you to check for the application updates if any available.

Open>Help>Check for update

The update is the latest version.

(No updates available)

There is no problem with file verification.

When I check the printing and options, I get an error like the screen.

Print setting is not possible.
