Acrobat Reader DC high CPU uninstall issue

Hi, has anyone else seen an issue on Windows 10 when trying to uninstall Acrobat Reader DC where the Windows installer (32-bit) process sits at around 75% CPU usage, but the uninstall never completes? The only way to proceed is to manually end the Windows installer task? This doesn't happen on every device and can be intermittent on certain devices, but only seemed to start happening since the 22.001.20085.0 update?
