acrobat reader dc install frozen at 0% for many hours

i've tried on 3 browsers, chrome, IE and edge, all freeze at 0% for many hours.  internet connection is great. i'm on windows 10. not sure what else to say...

    As you facing issue when trying to install Reader on the machine, could you try downloading and installing Reader from the following link and check: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
