Acrobat Reader DC login - It's all up to date

You can't log into your account: it always says you need to update Adobe Acrobat Reader or PC, but it's all up to date!

What is your actual version of Acrobat Reader DC? Not "latest" but something like 2016.123.98765?

I had attempted to update, but found no other updates. Then he found it and I solved it. Thank you so much for the support.
