Hi,

I have an issue regarding the original file while overwriting the same document after clicking on save.

I will prompt a message saying "document could not be saved" and the original file is removed from the local drive.error.jpg

Can someone please help?

Hi wkkan,

Please let us know if the original file is created by you.

If not, is it a secured PDF? Are you experiencing this issue with this particular PDF?

Are you making any type of changes in the PDF before saving it?

Is it possible to share that PDF with us?

Regards,

Meenakshi

Yes, I have created the file myself using Ms Word. The only thing that iIhave done is to click save on the Adobe reader DC and it prompted me to overwrite the existing filename and I click on save. It prompted me the error and when I check the Explorer,  the file is missing.
