Hello,
We're having problems on a Windows server 2012 R2 server. We're running three identical Windows 2012 R2 servers with remote desktop services enabled and which are up to date. The Acrobat reader dc version we're running is: 15.20.20039.20316. The problem started on November 22nd 2016.
The problem is as follows: whenever an user opens a random PDF file it crashes immediately. Some users can open a PDF file for a few seconds and than it crashes. These are the errors we get in the eventlog:

The things we've done so far are uninstalling Acrobat reader dc and installing it again by using the Adobe Customization Wizard and we've removed all plugins from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\plug_ins to check if the would go away but, I did not help.
I have read that similar problem occurred because of a windows update. I could debug the crash and send the error. Just as in https://forums.adobe.com/message/4240674.
I hope you could help me with this problem. We're running out of ideas.
Yours Truly,
Stevie
