Hello,

We are running Acrobat Reader DC version 2019.010.20069 and Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 MSO (16.0.11126.20234).

Outlook is the default mail application on Windows 10. Reader recognizes this as the "Default email application" says (Microsoft Outlook) after it.

When trying to use the send as attachment option and have the default email application (Microsoft Outlook) checked, after hitting the "Continue" button, nothing happens. The mouse cursor flickers for a second, as if it is trying to open Outlook but nothing happens.

Both programs are up to date as of today 1/16/2019. We have tried to reinstall both programs without any success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Thank you for the response!

Yes, the issue is Reader is not opening Outlook when the send pdf as attachment option is selected.

I have tried the three options supplied but none of them seemed to do the trick. Still not working.

Anything else to try?
