I have two instalations of ASDobe REader DC. Both are exactly same release, and both run on the same version of Windows 10. However, In one only two trusted root certificates are shown under  Settings/Signatures/Identities & Trusted Certificates, namely Adobe Root CA and Adobe Root Ca G2, and in the other computers I see all trusted CAs, even local one in Slovenia, i.e., full Adobe Approved Trust List. I found no way to automatically download and/or update this list on the first  computer.

Hello. I had no problem with connectivity. However, now, when my problem is solved I cannot assist you in finding the reason for it. It was resolved by itself (no action from my side) but only after a week or so.

Hi Sasotomazic,

You can update trusted certificates list by choosing Edit menu > click preferences > trust manager > click Update Now under the section Automatic Updates. Please visit this link for more info: Adobe Approved Trust List update dialog appears in Acrobat or Reader

Let us know if you have any further help.

I've done this before asking the question on the forum. However, nothing happened. Only two certificates were there. I tried this many times in no wain. HOwever, when I tried it again a week later, certificates were downloaded. I do not know the reason. Maybe some other users will have the same problem, so an explanation for them would be helpfull. For me, the problem has been solved. Thanks.

Not sure, but its possible that Reader was unable to update the list due to a network issue. You may check connectivity issues to Adobe servers using the steps given in this link: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications
