seems cannot start at all, and it keeps reporting this error message

No matter if I delete all older version and re-download the free version, or re-install the older version and re-update into Reader DC. Never work again!

Why is it happening? Really need some help here! Many thanks.

Na and yes, with a tortuous path finally it works somehow.

I un-installed completely and re-installed the VC++ Redistributable 2013, then re-launch Reader DC, but the problem persist after maybe several second.

Then I tried the repair option, and all of sudden the Reader DC works...

Why is that? Not a clue.

Cleaner used, laptop restarted, Reader DC re-downloaded and re-installed...

    Problem still happens

What does that error message say? Does it happen when you open Reader, or when you open a file using Reader?

    Also, what's your OS version?
