I am having issues when I create a PDF. I need it to automatically open on my screen. Is that an option?

That is not an Adobe product. You will need to see if it has a setting that tells it to open the pdf file after printing.

    Hello Edenb,

As per the description above, you want to Create a PDF using an Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, Is that correct?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a free Adobe software to view, print, sign and annotate a PDF file. You cannot create a PDF using the Acrobat Reader. More about Reader Answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

If you are subscribed to any Document Cloud services i.e. Adobe PDFPack or Adobe ExportPDF, you can use the free desktop version of Reader to use the services.

You can also subscribe to Acrobat to create a PDF file. For more information,  you may refer to Create PDFs with Adobe Acrobat  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/creating-simple-pdfs-acrobat.html

Hope this helps, and let us know if you need more assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.

    Hi,

No, I know how to create a PDF, what I need, is for the document to automatically open on my computer after it is created.

It just goes to a file, and this is not what I need.
