As the title says, Acrobat reader is freezing.
Conditions:
- It happens to one user, with one specific PDF.
- It happens across this user's devices, and so seems account bound.
Attemps to Remediate:
- Restarted PC.
- Updated Windows.
- Updated all drivers and firmware on device.
- Repaired installation.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled.
- Deleted user from admin console and readded user.
- Shortened filepath length.
- Ran Creative Cloud Cleaner.
All attempts at remediating the issue have failed thus far. What am I missing? Have I just angered the Machine Spirit?
