Acrobat Reader + Grammarly Issue

New Here ,
Nov 29, 2018 Nov 29, 2018

Hello

I have been using the service Grammarly for a while, and recently I encountered a new problem. The Grammarly team thinks it has to do with the Acrobat Reader, and that's why I needed to bring this to the forum.

Whenever I generate a PDF report in Grammarly, and download it to my computer, Acrobat Reader cannot show the document properly. The error code states that It's not possible to fetch the included typeface 'T3Font_0', and that some symbols/signs/letters may not be visible. The error code in Swedish is:

"Det går inte att hämta det inkluderande teckensnittet 'T3Font_0'. Vissa tecken kanske inte kommer att visas eller att skrivas ut på rätt sätt."

The result is that I cannot see anything in the report and that the service is rendered useless. Is there a way to fix this?

The file is corrupt. This issue needs to be resolved with the application/service that was used to create it.

From the file's properties it seems like it was exported from the Chrome browser. I suggest you report this issue to them.

The example PDF isn't corrupt, but the problem is when I try to view the document in Acrobat Reader.
