When I change the install directory from C:\Program Files (x86)Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC to D:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe/Acrobat Reader DC, the installation always fails with an error about a directory being empty. This doesn't happen on the C:\ drive.

The workaround is to manually create the D:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe, and then the ..\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC directories, and then the installation proceeds without a problem.

I don't understand why the instll process can't create its own directories when you are installing to a different drive.
