Acrobat Reader is not opening

I have changed my PC applying Lablink PCmover Professional v11. All worked out fine besides that Acrobat Reader was not functioning. So I deinstalled the Reader, applied the cleaning tool for 64bit and 32bit, rebootet and installed the newest Reader again. The Reader does not open when klicking on a pdf. Just silience. 
I went to the programm files and tried to open the acrobat.exe file but it does not open! I says the interesting message here ...
It does not find the file!?!
