Acrobat Reader kann nicht installiert werden

Ich versuche, den Acrobat Reader zu installieren, aber es heißt jedes Mal, dass die Installation fehlgeschlagen ist, weil bereits eine neuere Version installiert ist. Dem ist aber nicht so.

 

Ich hab keine Idee, woran das liegen könnte. Das ist ein neuer, leistungsfähiger, fast unbenutzter Laptop.

    Please try these steps and see if it helps:

    OR

    https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/get-started.html

     

    If it doesn't help, then proceed for next step-

     

    A newer version already installed error was reported earlier. The error appears due to a missing update for Universal C Runtime in Windows.

    I'll try those steps 🙂

     

    But it's a little bit strange because I never had anything installed by Adobe on this Laptop...
