Acrobat Reader says SD card full when it isn't

Sometimes Acrobat reader on my partners android phone displays a message saying the SD card is full but there is about 200 GB space left on the card.

If you are still experiencing this behavior, please share the screenshot of the message appearing on the phone. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the steps you take that result in the error message and show the remaining space available on your Android device. Share the Acrobat Reader and Android version on your mobile device.
