I keep getting the following error when trying to sign in to Acrobat Reader despite uninstalling and reinstalling on multiple occasions:

Sorry, something went wrong.

This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide. Error code: 12013.

And yes, I'm connected to the internet.
Thanks in advance!

Hello!

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Are you using a Mac or Windows computer? Please also share your operating system version.

Try switching your network connection and check if the issue persists. Additionally, restart your computer and follow the recommendations in these articles:

If the issue continues, use the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to uninstall the app, restart your computer, and reinstall Acrobat Reader. Also, ensure that all mandatory and optional operating system updates are installed.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
