Keep getting message to update adobe reader.. when I click on it, get this message 'UPDATES HAVE BEEN DISABLED BY YOUR SYSTEM POLICY.  ERROR 100700'.  Can't find anything about this or what to do.. Had the same thing on another computer.  Using Chrome.. finally Chrome stopped working because the update wasn't done.. HELP

Hi Dota3926713,

This might be happening because of the installation ability on your system being controlled by a group policy.

Please confirm if you are using a work computer on a domain. If that is the case, we suggest you to check with your IT staff.

And if you are using the personal system, please try to uninstall and reinstall the application to the latest version using Adobe Cleaner tool:

Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Let me know if the issue still persists.

Thanks,

Supriya
