If I use Windows 10 Microsoft Edge and use its built in sign tool to sign a pdf document, save it, and email it to another user, using Windows 7. They can ope the PDF file with adobe reader, but every time they try to print the document is displays an error message saying, "The document could not be printed". We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer and adobe reader. We have verified he can print other pdf files. My assumption is that Adobe reader is having an issue with the signature object in the PDF file.

Hi BDLCInc,
Sorry for the delay in response.
Could you please share the complete steps you are taking to sign pdf in MS Edge?
Does the user able to print the file after signing a pdf in Adobe Reader using digital ID?
You may refer to the link given below which explains how to sign a pdf using self-signed digital ID in Adobe Reader:
Also, would it be possible to share the pdf file with us to analyze the issue further? You may follow the steps given in this link on: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
Thanks,
Shivam
