Hi all,

I would really appreciated some help as this problem is driving me insain.

I have a pdf binder which i am putting together contain 100 pages mix of document and handouts prints all converted to PDF.

I join them together with no issues but then when i add page numbers in the footer the content on some pages just vanishes. I have checked the original document to make sure there is nothing at the foot of the page that might be getting in the way but its free space.

This problem happens every time i try to add page numbers no matter which documents i am using.

Does anyone have any experience of this as its causing a 5 min job to take days and i feel i must be going wrong somewhere.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Fairlo,

Could you please confirm which application (Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader) you are using in order to add edit the document? and  how you are adding the numbers in the document?

Are you editing it using the "Edit Tool" or trying to add the numbers directly in footer?

If possible you may please send the document to on email shared via private message, we would try to reproduce the same at our end.

Regards,

Akanchha
