Adobe acrobar reader 2018 Lifecycle

Hi everyone.

I have to install Acrobar Reader into a Win server 2012. I know that there is a 2019 version but I need to install 2018 because there are compatibility problems with a company app.

Can you tell me what is the lifecycle of 2018 version? I mean, How long do Adobe keeps his products? Can I safely install this product?

2018 and 2019 are not separate products in Reader. It is just that the version number changed. Thus the 2018 release is old and does not have a separate update cycle; updates, including security fixes, will have a 2019 version. Is this safe? It depends on your policies. Remember too that it will auto update! Consider the Classic thread instead of Continuous, this may suit enterprises better.
