Adobe Acrobat 17 Pro redacting information
Work has just purchased a license for Adobe Acrobat 17 Pro, this was to enable us to redact sensitive information. I have looked everywhere for help to do this, but can't find help anywhere.

You said work purchased Acrobat 17 Pro (maybe you mean 2017 or DC?)
But you opened the free Reader, according to your screen shot. If you have Acrobat Pro, open it instead, and then ask again if you can't find Redact.
Hi and thanks, the tools now showing the redact button has now appeared and I complete my tasks.
