Bonjour,

Hi
I was advised to write to Adobe Helpline Adobe informs me that Acrobat 7 Standard is too old and is no longer available and supported with Windows 10 64 Bit and that Acrobat 7 Standard servers have been shut down.
I am offered to buy a new license (Acrobat 2017) for 149.99 dollars !
There is no question for me to pay for a license again. My interlocutor then suggests to me to return to Windows 7 and install Acrobat 7, so that it works. Funny proposal! My Acrobat 7 worked fine on Windows 10.
As a licensee I believe that Adobe is obliged to ensure the continuity of the service and especially not to make me buy another license.
Regards
Zakir
