Hi,

Since the last update Adobe reader has been crashing all our computers consistently. The 32 bit version seems ok, although does crashed acording to logs but it doesn't cause the computer to BSOD.

It looks like you have now removed the 32bit versions completely? So i thought fair enough the 64bit update from today has probably fixed the issues. Nope. Downloaded  and installed 21.007.20099, within a minute of opening adobe reader the computer BSOD again. No i dont have the option to go to 32 bit.

I'm not sure what the solution is at this point other than switching to fox it.

Hi

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue?
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.07.20099 (Win) , 21.07.20096 (Mac) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates.

Also try to logout of the application, reboot the computer once and relogin with the same Adobe ID and see if that works for you.

We will be waiting for your response. Once we've got that information from you, we can take a closer look.

Regards
Ria
