Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension downloading different file from the one that is open

- We have a user who called and reported the Download button at the top right in the Adobe Reader Chrome extension does not download the file that is open.

- I tried it and confirmed that a different file downloads and changing the Save As name has no effect.

- The destination is correct.

- The link at the bottom right that executes a direct download works like it should.

- This glitch survived a reboot.

- The user tells me it has worked until now.

- I am going to try to reinstall the extension presently.

- Windows 10 build 19042, Chrome (latest version), Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension

Does anybody have any idea what could cause this/how to fix this?
