One of our terminal servers was updated over the weekend and now users on this server it is asking for the username and password.

Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall the 32 bit version and it seems to be ok now.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Please try to update the application to the new version 22.1.20085 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once and check if that helps.

Updated, rebooted and it is still asking for the username and password.
