chrome extension for adobe acrobat doesnot give option to convert web page to pdf

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the toruble. As described, chrome extension for adobe acrobat doesnot give option to convert web page to pdf.

I have checked the Adobe account detais with the email you are using on this community and find that you have a license for Arobat Professional - Perpetual.

Would you mind sharing what happens when you try to use the chrome extension to convert web page to PDF? Do you get any error message? If yes please share the screenshot of the same for a better undertsnading.

Please try to remove the extension and then reboot the chrome browser and add the extesnion back and see if that helps.
