Adobe Acrobat PDF Crashing again and again

When I am trying to use the e-sign feature and edit feature in Adobe PDF, the whole application is crashing. This has happened to me for like 100 times since yesterday. I have already updated the windows application. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue?

Please update the application to the latest version released today. Then, check if it resolves the crash issue for you.

In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. You may also refer to the information on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html

Hello there,

 the sequence of steps caused the Acrobat to crash? - I open the file and click on the e-signature or edit button and Adobe crashes. The issue is still ongoing

Is it possible for you to share the document that caused the crash? - It is not document-specific. It is happening with all the documents

  •          Is the crash file-specific, or does it occur with any file? - Nope occurs on all files
  •          Does the crash happen every time you perform this workflow? - Yes every single time.
  •          Have you tried restarting Acrobat, and does it help in preventing the crash? - Yes I did. Multiple times. Still same issue.
  •          Have you tried restarting your system, and does it help in preventing the crash? - Yes. I did. Still same issue
