Hi, I have an Acrobat Reader Continuous Release 2023.008.20458
For some time now when I print a PDF it results in strange symbols and fonts. I've tried to find advice here on the forum and elsewhere, I've tried looking in the settings, but I can't seem to change anything.
I suppose the solution might be in the settings "Rely on system fonts only; don’t use document fonts."
So I wanted to follow these instructions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error--when-you-create-a-postscript-file-you-must-rely-on-system....
But when I want to choose the printer 'Adobe PDF' I don't have any such option. There is a minimum printing settings. Why is that? Can someone help me with the problem, please?

The link won't help, because you do not have an Adobe PDF printer. Adobe PDF is part of Acrobat and Arobat Pro, but not of Acrobat Reader. Normally, when printing a PDF file, you should use the embedded document fonts to get the same look as the document on screen.
