Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 - Old Windows / Browser Version Error

Hello fellow Community, 

i have troubles to get my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 starting...

Installation looks fine with my licence key but after starting up the program it forces me to login into my adobe account. 

By clicking on the button i get an error:  Windows version is out of date / Browser version is out of date "

This end then in en endless loop of login and error messages.

- Microsoft Surface 3

- Win 10 Pro

- Win Version: 20H2

- Standard Browser: Chrome

Any ideas?
