Hi there,

how do I enable Auto-Rename file option under Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Action Wizard - New Action - More Tools? Also I don't see Plug-ins menu option.

Note: I'm using company subscribed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Application. Printscreen attached.

As mentioned, you can't use it to rename files, but you can save a new copy under a new name.

To do that add a Save command (from the Save & Export sub-menu), then click it, select Specify Settings and you'll be able to specify a prefix and/or suffix for the new file name:

If you want a more complex pattern then it can also be done using a script.

Thank you for your reply...

I did watch a tutorial on youtube (Evermap channel) where pdf file can be renamed automatically using Auto-Rename file option in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Could you please advise how is this done?

Acrobat can't rename files. It can save documents with a new name. In the Action Wizard use the Save step.
