Adobe Acrobat Pro is unable to launch your email application when sharing files as email attachment.

Last week, Adobe Acrobat Por no issue to open outlook when using Acrobat sharing files as email attachment. From yesterday, Acrobat is unable to launch outlook when sharing file as email attachment. we reinstalled office 365 and Acrobat, the issue still not fixed. please help us for this issue. The system envirement as below:

Windows 10 Pro (OS build 19042.1052)

Microsoft Outlook for Office 365

Adobe Acrobat X Pro V10.1.16

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described you are unable to share the PDF as email attachment, and Acrobat is unable to launch Outlook.

 

As you have tried reinstalling the application and Outlook 365 with no luck. Please try to repair the Acrobat installation from the help menu and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

 

Also Adobe Acrobat X is an old and EOL application and not supported on Win 10 OS. For more information please checkout the help pages listed below:
