Hi,

Currently a number of users in our company are unable to convert PDF files to Word docs. They are either getting "no internet connection" or "conversion failure" but doesn't tell you why this has failed. We have no issues with our network as everything is working as it should and only adobe is causing issues. Nothing has been blocked or been changed since it last worked. Please can this be looked into asap as we need to be able convert files and we have spent money on this product.

Thanks.

Since Reader DC is free, please let us know exactly which product you have paid for? Is it a volume license, retail licenses, a single license, or separate per-user licenses?
