Adobe Acrobat Reader DC crashes when need to print doc.

Hi,
I have problem on my computer (windows 10) when adobe reader dc needs to print document, it crashes after 5 seconds.

Hi Billkens,

Apologies for the delayed response.

Please try the repair installation of the application from the Help menu in the application.

Also, try updating the printer driver for the printer and restart the machine and then try.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Supriya,
Just to inform you that DC Adobe stopped on it's own after few days to crash.
But now from time to time it doesn't wan't to read file, but just let's say once in every 3 days.
I see that discussion in different topic, so i will look there.

Would you please redirect me to any of the discussions you mentioned above so we can look into it.

Also, please elaborate if you mean, the application crashes, when you say it does not want to read the file sometimes.

I updated my printer drivers and did the repair function, but DC is still crashing when I try to print.

Any other suggestions?
