This was an issue for me a few weeks ago, it was resolved with an update, but is now giving me problems again.

When I try to save changes in a pdf document in Adobe Reader in Windows 10, it not only crashes (giving the stopped working error) but deletes my original document with all previously saved changes. This is extremely frustrating and a massive waste of time. I followed all of the necessary steps with IT to resolve the potential issue with my computer (including reinstalling the program), but it still has a glitch. Please fix this issue soon.
