Adobe acrobat reader DC - Digital Signature issue

When I try to "Digitally sign" a PDF, the "Sign" button in the below image not working.

It started occurring with the upgrade to the latest version.
2022.001.20117 was working well...

Update: We can click the sign button, but we get an error after we sign the document. So it will not work.
