I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC--the latest version, on a MAC Majove.
When I'm working on a pdf, it will freeze with the pinwheel spinning and I have to force quit. I have tried uninstalling, re-installing, nothing seems to work.
Please advise if you are having or had this issue. I can't get any work done.
Thanks.
Hi Mike,
As per the description mentioned above, Reader is crashing on the Mac machine, could you check if an update is available for Reader using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Macintosh
Also, let us know if Reader freezes when opening a specific file or with other pdf files as well?

I am having this same issue. It basically renders Acrobat DC Pro unless on my Mac. The patch would not install because it would not let me select Acrobat Reader during the installation process.
