Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Installation Problems

New Here ,
Sep 23, 2018 Sep 23, 2018

Hi, I'm having issues with re-installing Reader DC on my laptop (Windows 10 and everything is updated). Every time I try to install the program I get an error box that reads: "Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one." However, there are no installations in progress.

I've tried everything from using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to redownloading using different browsers to waiting a couple minutes before trying again to restarting my laptop as many times as possible.
