Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2019.008.20081 - Fill and Sign tool missing

My Fill and Sign tool is missing from my Tools since yesterday 11/28/18.

How can I restore it?  I have re-installed it several times and still no Fill and Sign tool.  This happens on all PDF's I try to open.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble.

    I assume that you are referring to the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2019.008.20081 only? Or the Fill & Sign tool has been missing before release as well?

    There hasn't been anything changed in terms of Tools and functionalities in latest release of Adobe Reader. So it shouldn't be impacting Fill & Sign feature. Since you have mentioned that the tool is missing, so you may check the following-

    1. Check whether the tool is missing when working on this particular PDF or multiple PDFs.
    2. If its not seen under Tools (without opening any PDF) then you may uninstall the application using cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and install through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Let us know the status, we would be looking forward for an update.
