Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Greetings

Our company is in the middle of a Windows 10 migration at the moment. A few users are now reporting an Adobe crash with a certain behavior (which does not occur with Win7):

- The affected users generate a PDF-Document via an eContracting-Appliaction (PDF-Filename "002112780_01.pdf", PDF Fileversion 1.3 Acrobat 4.x)

- The user open a second PDF-Document which is not generated via the eContracting-Application (random, generic PDF-File). They now have two open tabs inside Adobe Reader.

- When they try to detach the first tab/PDF-File (the one generated inside the eContracting-Appl) by dragging the window, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC crashes.

Does anybody experience a similiar behavior? If so is there a known solution for this problem? I would have preferred to open a case directly at the Adobe-Support but it seems opening a new topic in the Forum is the only offered Support-Solution for a product like Adobe Reader.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
