Adobe Acrobat Reader Installer was installed incorrectly and I can't uninstall it

My Adobe Acrobat Reader will not update correctly because the Installer was installed incorrectly.  I can't seem to uninstall it for the same reason.

How can I uninstall the Installer and install the correct version?
