I have a mac desktop computer and i am having trouble with opening adobe acrobat reader. I can open it and then after a few seconds it shuts down and a window pops up that says adobe shut down unexpectedly with an option to send an error report. How do i fix my adobe acrobat reader?

Hi Aharong,

As per the description above, the Adobe Acrobat Reader is crashing in the Mac computer, Is that correct?

Please follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the following link: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-mac.html

Please share the .dot version of Acrobat and the Mac OS version you are using.

Keep us posted with the results.
