Adobe acrobat reader Javascript error pop up when trying to print

New Here ,

Hello, i am desperaqtly trying to print something from smartsource.ca, and having many issues!. A java script window pops up saying "Network error: Printing was interrupted. Please try again.NotAllowedError:Security settings prevent access to this property or method"
I have updated both java script and adobe.
I have tried turning off enhanced security as well as javascript but unfortunately smartsource requires java script for printing.
If somebody could please help me with sorting out this issue that would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance

Hi samanthaw65171064 ,

Try to change the security settings in Reader and see if that works:

Launch Reader>select Edit menu>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>check the box "Automatically trust documents with valid certification".>click OK.

Let me know the results.

Thank You,

Shivam
