Adobe Acrobat Reader MUI Auto update no working

I must deployed Adobe Acrobat Reader MUI every other month because auto update is not working on my devices.  I currently deployed 23.001.20143 to get all of my devices caught up but all of my devices will not update when this months patch drops. I did read on a couple forums about the EULA needing to be accepted. I spot checked a couple devices and the log did say the EULA wasn't accepted when I tried to kick of the update process for task scheduler. This was a few updates back. I started accepting the EULA via acrobat customization wizard and redeploying the product. The error does go away in the log but the issue is still present. The devices will not auto update.

Could you please check the following registry settings and see if the auto updates have been disabled from here https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Wizard/online.html#updates 

These registry values are to disable the auto-update. To enable it, you need to remove these entries. (if found)
