Adobe Acrobat Reader printing errors

As I was having problems printing with Acrobat 9 Pro, about two weeks ago I downloaded the free Reader version to check if it did print things well.

In fact it did, until today. The printing errors started again. The only way I could print it is setting the printer to print the file as an image, as your help suggests.

The problem is that it shrinks or disappears text lines. AFAIK only text lines.

What may be causing it and how I solve it?

    Hello Carlo.mar.ll,

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader and while printing a PDF. Have you tried printing any other PDF file and checked or is it happening with one specific PDF file?

Make sure that you have the latest version of the Printer driver/firmware installed.

Please try the suggestions from the following Adobe article and discussions and see if this brings any difference Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

What is the make and model of the printer?

If it is specific to one PDF, then is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can test it at our end?

To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, login to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send using your Adobe ID(email) and password, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message
