Hi,

I run Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Version: 2021.011.20039 64 bit) version on Windows 10. I had signed in my Adobe account. It kept on signing out and I had to sign in again and again. One day, it signed out and when I clicked on 'Sign In', the 'Sign In' screen appeared blank.

I restarted my device, but the problem persisted. I uninstalled the app, restarted my PC, installed the app, again restarted my PC, but it refused to solve the problem, appearing blank again and again, please help, because I scan documents and need to save it to my PC, so I again and again have to login on web browser, cannot save it directly from 'My Scans' section. Please help.

Hi guys, yesterday I had posted this message, so I researched on it and found the solution. @ASHWIN21865084kotf thank you so much, in one of the community posts, I saw your reply and did the same thing, my problem was solved. Basically, this means that if you disabled Internet Explorer (The older internet browser on which now many websites aren't supported) in Windows Features, then enable it again because it is important for Adobe Acrobat. All browsers and Adobe Reader should be closed. Then, run CMD as admin (Necessary to run as admin) and then you will get a confirmation message that 'Do you want this app to make changes?' Click yes. Enter the command: RunDll32.exe Inet Cpl.cpl,ResetIEtoDefaults. Then, check the box which says 'Delete Personal Settings', and click on Apply. Now launch Adobe Acrobat Reader. (This is not my solution, this solution is of ASHWIN KOTA . Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
