Adobe Acrobat Reader (Stream error)

Hi all,

When i open a document and leave for more than 2 hours i automatically get an error message as 

"There was an error while reading the stream"

Mutliple users are facing this issue

Tried all the soultions given in Community portal(like updating the Software)

Where are the files? If on a server, what client and server technology is in use? Is it 2 hours after opening, or every two hours all are hit?

The file are in the Desktop, the time the user get this issue are different(ideal for more than 2 hours)

Most of the user have the same issue
